ARGANBRIGHT MINISTRY FGBMFI. At the very beginning of this Fellowship our Heavenly Father established the Full Gospel Business Man. By speaking to three separate men. Demos Shakarian was given the vision of the whole world, Tommy Nickels was given the Voice Magazine, and Minor Arganbright was given the joy of giving to the International. That Saturday morning following the vision something was different... The Lord had taken over... In Demos Shakarian He saw a man of vision, a man whose heart was big enough to see the whole world. In Tommy Nickels He saw a man that was willing to give his gifts and talents to serve the Lord. In Minor Arganbright He saw a man who was willing to give financially so the work of God could be accomplished. The Lord’s work is complete when each of us is ready to follow the lead of the Lord and surrender our talents and gifts to Him. The $1,000 that Minor Arganbright gave on that Saturday morning in 1951 would probably be worth $25,000 today. Yes, Minor Arganbright is one of the Lord’s shining examples. Today he would be one of the Fellowship’s Golden Eagles for God had sent him for such a time as this. The ministry of giving is a very special gift. It is not easily understood because true giving is a gift unto God, therefore, is not given for control or with favors attached. But is truly given from the heart unto God. Jesus sat by the treasury and watched the amounts of money that different people gave. He valued the person who gave of their living. We as businessmen have a unique opportunity COVENANT FOR BUSINESS BLESSINGFull Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship Chapters around the world may covenant with God for their business by regularly giving from their business to the International. In some countries a covenant is a legal instrument between a profit corporation and a non-profit corporation. It is decided by the Board of Directors of a corporation to give a certain percentage of their profits to a non-profit corporation. The life of a covenant is usually a minimum of five years. It is recognized by major governments. To prepare a covenant with the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship, pray and ask the Lord what He would have you do. The Lord may speak to you what your company is to give. Perhaps it is 1% of your sales or profits that will be directed to the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, or the Holy Spirit may speak to you to give 2%, 3%, 5% or some other amount. When you have heard from the Lord, and this matter is settled in your heart, and you have been given the authority to make a covenant please contact the International or National Headquarters, preferably by FAX, and then you may follow-up with your written covenant. ARGANBRIGHT AND THE PARTNERS OF FULL GOSPEL BUSINESS MEN’S FELLOWSHIP INTERNATIONAL Almost 45 years later, around the world, Minor Arganbright is remembered for his obedience to the Lord. As a partner of the Fellowship in the Arganbright tradition let God use you in your regular giving to the International/National for the tremendous work of reaching the nations. Millions of dollars are needed each year to reach 220 Nations and beyond. To put Chapters and infrastructure in every nation, in every town, in every city, every village and in every crossroad of the world. To supply Chapters with powerful and relevant teaching materials. Yes, it is worth it because the Fellowship is just like the early church as it wins several times the number of its membership to the Lord every year. You can become a partner with the Fellowship in the Arganbright tradition by recognizing that God requires of you the gift of stewardship. Stewardship should be given where you are fed, nurtured and blessed. Some who give in stewardship before God give where the most souls can be won for the Lord with the least cost. By that measurement, the International Headquarters is one of the greatest places to invest in the Kingdom of God. How can I be a partner with the International? (1) You may join the Dollar-A-Day Club. As one of our men said, “A dollar-a-day keeps the devil away”. You may join by writing calling or faxing the International Headquarters. Most of our Dollar-A-Day members use their credit card, as it is an easy way to give $30 every month to the International. Your Chapter can also join the Dollar-A-Day Program. (2) The President’s Club is those givers that give at least $1,000 a year to the International. You may give it from your personal funds or you may give from your business. Some ministers give from their ministry. One way you may join the President’s Club is by using your credit card for a donation of $84 a month. (3) The Golden Eagles are those that give $25,000 or more in one year to the Fellowship. These men and women are truly in the Arganbright tradition. STEWARDSHIPMany times provisions that people have made for the Fellowship in wills and trusts have matured in the very week that the Fellowship has a tremendous need or opportunity. These occasions are too numerous to believe they are by chance. When the Lord speaks to you about giving through your will or trust, listen; be sensitive to Him because He knows the future.
