“GOD IS A POLITICIAN”

The above was the assertion of Rev. Mosy Madugba at the seminar on Godliness in Politics organized by the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International on May 28, 2010 at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre in Abuja.

The very successful seminar had more than 460 eminent persons, mostly politicians in attendance and a total number of 46 persons made commitment for Jesus during the seminar and subsequent Luncheon Outreach that followed.

Rev. Mosy Madugba took the opening charge in which he encouraged Christians to show more interest in politics of Nigeria pointing out that our God is a politician and that Christians should see themselves as God’s instruments to push His agenda in the politics of Nigeria. The closing charge was taken by Bishop David Abioye who admonished participants to sow the seed of good governance today if we expect the harvest of good government which will result in a better and greater Nigeria tomorrow.

The National President of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, Arch. Ifeanyi Odedo gave the Key Note Address while the Seminar was under the chairmanship of the former military of Head of State of Nigeria, Gen. Yakubu Gowon (Rtd) represented at the seminar by Amb.Moses Ihonde.

The programme was rounded off with a Luncheon Outreach which had Dr Shem Z. Nuhu and Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa as first and second testifiers respectively.
