It was at the beginning when our beloved founder, Demos Shakarian and his wife, Rose, working together founded the first chapter of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International. As Demos led the meetings, Rose helped by playing the piano and other helps.

Since this humble beginning, just like Demos, all of the men of the Fellowship around the world, whether they be Members, Chapter Officers, Field Representatives, National Directors, Presidents of their nations, or International Directors, have discovered that God gave them a wonderful helpmate in their wives. As God has anointed the man to do the work of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship, He has anointed his wife to support her husband and to help him fulfill the calling that God has placed upon their lives.

Therefore, the wonderful ladies of the Fellowship are recognized for their gifts and callings of encouragement and helps, working in conjunction with their husbands, and under the submission of the chapter leaders for the purpose of sharing together with their husband this wonderful ministry of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International.

The meetings that include both men and women are a good place for wives to share in the ministry of ‘helps’.

The women will receive a card and pin, allowing them to operate in the ministry of “Helps” under the direction of the Chapter officers. The offices and the voting rights in Chapter and delegate meetings are retained by the members as established in the Bylaws of the Fellowship.

As a lady of the Fellowship, you have been chosen for a special ministry and calling. You have been called by God to be a helpmate for your husband. That makes you valuable to the success of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Chapter.
